Role Overview

Founded in 1999, Salesforce is a global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In Saudi Arabia, Salesforce is expanding rapidly and needs a New Markets Account Executive to join our growing Sales team.

The position is for an Account Executive in the Core Business Unit
, helping our most strategic customers grow and excel with an unmatched customer experience.

About Role

The role will act as the lead Account Executive for a set of accounts or prospects in Saudi Arabia. You will work with a virtual team of Cloud Specialists, Solution Experts, and supporting colleagues to set vision and strategy, and to grow revenue on an annual basis. Experience as a thought leader in Artificial Intelligence will be viewed as an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the core role, owning vision, strategy, and stakeholder management for each account.
  • Increase revenue spend across new and existing customers while building the Salesforce presence in the local market.
  • Drive sales in the assigned territory for new markets.
  • Introduce Salesforce offerings to new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Communicate Salesforce value proposition to close sales.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as required due to resource constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
  • University graduate calibre.
  • At least 6 years of successful, referenceable sales experience, preferably in software sales.
  • Knowledge and contacts within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Proven track record in new business and existing business, including territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing of significant cloud software opportunities.
  • Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence.
