Support the execution of trade marketing strategies and activities across channels to drive product visibility, availability, and sales performance at the points of sale. The role ensures effective coordination between marketing and sales teams, as well as consistent in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities 1. In-Store Execution & Promotions- Assist in the implementation of trade promotions, activations, and in-store campaigns.
- Ensure proper placement and visibility of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) across retail outlets.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional rollouts at store level.
- Act as a key liaison between the trade marketing team and the sales force.
- Communicate promotion details, campaign guidelines, and execution plans to sales teams.
- Gather field feedback on campaign performance and store execution.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of POS materials and merchandising tools.
- Monitor POSM availability and utilization across regions.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and planograms.
- Support account-specific promotions (modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale, etc.).
- Assist in developing tailored promotional activities based on channel needs.
- Coordinate with key accounts and distributors for campaign implementation.
- Track effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store activities.
- Collect and analyze sales data, stock levels, and promotional results.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling trade marketing budgets.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain documentation.
- Support in preparing promotional calendars and activity plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG marketing.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and distributors.
- Saudi National only
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good understanding of retail execution and merchandising principles
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced FMCG environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with retail audit tools (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA)
- Knowledge of planograms and category management
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
