Job DescriptionAs a Sr Sales Manager, you’ll lead group sales activities, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities- Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
- Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
- Lead end-to-end sales process by preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
- Manage booking details by coordinating customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.
