About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced, results‑driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and personally drive growth across the Saudi healthcare market. This is a player‑coach role: you'll build and coach the team while owning your own book of business — selling our Healthcare Information Management and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform to clinics and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including onboarding and ongoing performance management.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting, and define the processes and playbooks to scale the team.
- Partner with leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Personally prospect, qualify, and close new clinic and healthcare provider accounts, managing the full sales cycle from discovery through demos, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, decision‑makers, and key stakeholders, keeping all activity updated in the CRM.
- Collaborate with onboarding and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and successful clinic activation.
- Relay client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and go‑to‑market decisions, and represent Avrio at industry events.
- Stay current on the Saudi healthcare landscape, NPHIES regulations, and the broader RCM space.
- 6 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing a full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.
- Strong working knowledge of the Saudi health insurance / payer landscape — eligibility, claims, and reimbursement workflows — and familiarity with NPHIES and Healthcare Information Systems (HIS).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Arabic and English, with strong organizational skills and a data‑driven approach to pipeline management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to work on‑site in Riyadh.
Join a fast‑growing fintech company at the forefront of AI‑driven innovation in healthcare finance. You’ll lead a passionate team, gain exposure to cutting‑edge technology, and play a real role in shaping the future of financial efficiency in the region.
