Job Purpose

To drive sales growth by promoting and selling the company's real estate projects, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract signing and collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through various sales channels.
  • Present and promote residential, commercial, and investment real estate projects.
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits for potential buyers.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate contract signing and handover processes with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Follow up on payment collections and customer documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and brokers.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking activities.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Real estate certification is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales management tools.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.

  • Sales revenue achieved.
