Position: Required Sales Manager

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Creative House, you will lead our sales efforts to drive business growth and establish lasting client relationships. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional event solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy
    :
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Client Management
    :
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation
    :
    Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships.
  • Team Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with project, design, and production teams to align sales efforts with client needs.
  • Market Research
    :
    Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and innovation.
  • Proposal Development
    :
    Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiation
    :
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Reporting
    :
    Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in the event production or related industry.
  • Skills
    :
    Proven ability to lead and drive sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge
    :
    Familiarity with event production services, including AVL, custom printing, and fabrication.
  • Attributes
    :
    Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education
    :
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
