Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, sponsor ships, co‑branded campaigns, and collaborative initiatives
- Maintain and grow relationships with partner brands, influencers, media platforms, and content networks
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Content, Social Media) to bring partnership concepts to life
- Lead the development of pitch materials, decks, and presentations for potential partners
- Manage partnership agreements, deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, platform innovations, and consumer behavior in the UAE GCC
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build visibility and credibility
- Actively generate leads through outreach, referrals, market scanning, and platform‑based prospecting to build a qualified pipeline of potential partners and clients
- Own and achieve quarterly financial targets, including revenue generation, client acquisition, and partnership renewals
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle from pitch to negotiation to close, ensuring seamless transition into onboarding and activation
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through strategic upselling and solution‑based renewals, ensuring long‑term value delivery
- Track sales activity and performance metrics through CRM tools and provide accurate reporting to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing, preferably within the media, advertising, or influencer ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in closing and managing brand or content partnerships
- Understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, digital trends, and regional consumer insights
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
