Our Immunology team leads in the development of transformational medicines for immunological disorders and illnesses. We influence medicine development by restoring health to millions of people living with immune diseases.
PurposeRepresent J&J Innovative Medicine to healthcare professionals, ensuring product use based on merit and clinical indications while respecting J&J Credo obligations. Promote registered products and increase access in collaboration with other functions.
Responsibilities- Maximize patient share of assigned products by understanding patient pathways and maximizing sales while complying with J&J compliance, quality guidelines, and local laws.
- Use a multichannel approach to reach HCPs (face‑to‑face, email, phone, presentations) according to the CVT strategy and provide quality call feedback.
- Achieve market share targets for the assigned territory.
- Promote J&J Innovative Medicine’s image as a scientific digital innovator within assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings.
- Full account mapping: understand logistics, product listing, contracting, stakeholder and decision‑making processes.
- Develop and maintain long‑term engagements with customers/stakeholders (e.g., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers, Hospital Management).
- Identify short‑ and long‑term business opportunities according to the Business Unit strategy in collaboration with the Market Access team.
- Fulfill Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs, including database updating, accurate reporting of visits, correct sample handling, and continuous qualitative improvement.
- Achieve results in scientific quizzes organized by CVT.
- Attend all assigned training courses and apply learning to improve technical and ethical business practices.
- Organize activities respecting all compliance rules and using the correct CRM system as stipulated in SOP.
- Comply with local laws, HCBI guidelines, FCPA, J&J policies, pharmacovigilance rules, quality and compliance practices, global fleet safety standards, and local traffic laws.
- Meet performance measures: self‑discipline, result orientation, leadership, and Credo competence.
- Behave according to Credo and J&J leadership imperatives.
- Be highly aware of factors affecting territory performance and report relevant information.
- Show high sense of urgency and disciplined execution to act on business opportunities.
- Collaborate and work in a team contributing to business.
- Be competitive, striving to lead product position while complying with rules.
- Report information affecting J&J Innovative Medicine’s image or any misconduct that might impact performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
