The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for driving qualified pipeline generation through advanced prospecting and lead qualification activities. The role focuses on engaging enterprise prospects, supporting pipeline growth initiatives and contributing to the effectiveness of the sales development function through knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market customers across multiple channels
  • Qualify leads and business opportunities based on customer requirements, strategic fit and sales criteria
  • Schedule and coordinate high-quality meetings and discovery sessions for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and activity tracking with strong attention to detail
  • Research target markets, customer accounts and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to maintain engagement throughout the early sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation effectiveness and campaign performance
  • Support junior SDRs through guidance, best practice sharing and onboarding support when needed
  • Monitor prospecting performance metrics and contribute to achieving team pipeline goals
  • Provide strategic feedback on lead quality, market trends and customer requirements to support sales planning and pipeline optimization, while ensuring qualified high-potential leads are effectively handed over to Account Managers for sales engagement and opportunity conversion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation or B2B business development roles
  • Experience engaging enterprise customers and managing outbound prospecting activities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement tools and pipeline reporting
  • Professional proficiency in Local Language and English is required
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification techniques
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools
  • Good reporting and pipeline tracking capabilities
  • Microsoft Office and presentation skills
