Responsibilities- Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities.
- Drive revenue for Tik Tok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients within our Mid‑Market team.
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients within the Retail & e‑commerce industry.
- Create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regions.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Update clients on Tik Tok products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within the Retail and e‑commerce industry, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising, with expertise in performance marketing, including industry trends, measurement, attribution, and landscape.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up and a strong enthusiasm for Tik Tok products and marketing.
- Well‑established relationships with key marketing decision‑makers and agencies in the MENA region.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with C‑level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring messaging accordingly.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and thriving in fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environments.
- High oral and written fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate directly with clients across the KSA region.
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
- A team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to gain internal stakeholder support across product, marketing, and support teams while advocating for customers.
