About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Sales Manager – Auto Parts to drive sales and business development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to independently manage customer relationships while achieving aggressive sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in B2B auto parts sales, dealer network management, and business development within the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue across KSA.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, workshops, and fleet customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence for management review.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company's auto parts portfolio and introduce new products to the market.
- Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- 5–10 years of experience in Auto Parts Sales and Business Development.
- Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket within Saudi Arabia.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Experience handling Chinese automotive brands will be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of KSA distribution channels, dealer networks, and market dynamics.
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory). MBA preferred.
Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales, negotiation, and business development skills. Excellent relationship management and customer handling abilities. Ability to work independently and drive business growth. Good analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Valid GCC/KSA driving license preferred.
Language RequirementsFluent Arabic (Spoken & Written) – Mandatory. Good English communication skills.
