Project Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC, Solar PV, Battery Storage, BESS and renewable energy projects
• Generate sales leads through client visits, networking and business development activities
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities and end users
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and presentations
• Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams during project bidding and execution
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and new technologies within the renewable energy industry

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Power) preferred;
  Business, Marketing or related disciplines may also be considered
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia within Solar EPC, Solar PV, Renewable Energy, Electrical Projects or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, EPC projects and renewable energy solutions
• Proven experience in project sales and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Existing network of consultants, contractors, developers and end users in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
• Currently based in KSA, preferably Riyadh
• Willing to work in a split‑shift schedule
• Willing to travel across KSA as required
