Responsibilities
- Promote and sell screw air compressors, air treatment equipment, and spare parts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Conduct customer visits and provide technical product presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in screw air compressors or industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of screw air compressor systems and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
