• Create and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to manage new and existing accounts.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, negotiating corporate accounts, and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated track record of pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business to meet personal and budgeted sales goals.
• Travel flexibility – travel is a requirement.
• Experience with cluster or multi‑property sales is an advantage.
