Telesales Representative

The Telesales Representative is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers through outbound communication channels such as phone calls, email, and social media. The role focuses on generating qualified sales opportunities and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

• Proactive Prospecting:
  Research target industries, map key accounts, and identify ideal buyer personas and decision-makers using tools like Linked In Sales Navigator
• Cold Outreach:
  Execute high-volume outbound campaigns consisting of cold calling, personalized emailing, and strategic social selling to generate interest
• Pitching &
  
  Qualification:
  
  Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to the prospect's industry and conduct initial discovery calls to gauge fit, pain points, and urgency
• Meeting Generation:
  Book high-quality discovery meetings and product demos for the Account Executive (AE) team, ensuring a seamless hand-off with detailed account notes
• CRM Hygiene:
  Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions, contact information, and account insights within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Hub Spot)

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade customers professionally
