Key Responsibilities
- Develop new HVAC project opportunities and generate leads
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution
- Achieve sales targets, maintain CRM, and provide after‑sales support
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3–5 years of HVAC project sales experience
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers
- Experience with VRF/VRV, DX, rooftop units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
- Ability to read drawings, prepare quotations, BOQs, and manage projects from enquiry to handover
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
AutoCAD/HAP is an advantage
