Senior Sales Engineer – Riyadh, Permanent

Carrier is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions. This role requires an established sales professional to support service and aftermarket business, including service agreements and repairs.

• Prepare quotations or proposals and follow up on service sales inquiries, such as service repair and maintenance contract proposals.
• Lead negotiations at optimum profit levels.
• Achieve timely order booking, consistently meeting sales metrics and annual targets.
• Manage existing customers and develop new customers, understand customer business status, identify opportunities, and foster strong relationships to grow service revenue.
• Provide professional proposals, offerings, and technical support related to digitalized service.
• Collect payments.
• Acquire sales opportunities and meet financial targets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts based on service requirements and present them to management.
• Execute customer visit schedules.
• Interact with customers to increase sales, market share, product awareness, and provide education.

• Develop and expand sales channels for service agreements and service repair businesses.
• Achieve sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building strategies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and solutions to package and present the most suitable options to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or MBA.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience selling service contracts and service sales in the HVAC industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic.
• This role is only for Saudi Nationals.
