This role has been designed as an onsite position with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Responsibilities- Managing the Business
- Develop business plans, allocate resources, and drive sales activities to achieve margin.
- Assist in sales strategy planning; align tactical account plans with corporate strategy.
- Build, monitor, and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of opportunities.
- Review deals for soundness and coordination with back‑end operations.
- Apply competitive intelligence in account planning and sales activities.
- Orchestrate strategic sales plans that reflect HPE’s strategy to advance market share and profitable growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve operations to align with business direction, quality of practice, and optimal performance.
- Leading & Managing Sales People
- Assess and manage employee performance; counsel individuals through selling challenges.
- Model effective selling skills and motivate teams to close deals.
- Nurture talent, sponsor skill‑building activities, and direct career advancement.
- Lead teams through change and transitions beyond their control.
- Develop consultative selling techniques; prepare for client calls and support teams during meetings.
- Maintain industry knowledge and keep abreast of trends to enable rich client dialogue.
- Partner with client C‑level executives, building credibility and relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or university qualification.
- 7+ years of sales experience with progressive achievement of quotas or sales goals.
- Demonstrated project‑management skills.
- Strategic Planning – translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Execution – manage business plans to meet revenue targets and advance business interests.
- Forecast/Budget Control – track rolling forecasts and budgets accurately.
- Pipeline Management – balance short‑term wins with long‑term opportunities.
- Operations Improvement – troubleshoot and improve area operations for quality and performance.
- Sales Development – broker resources and facilitate effective selling.
- Strategic Business Planning – monitor discounts and margins, align with group performance.
- Vertical Industry Acumen – deep understanding of business dynamics in the area of control.
- Solution Selling – present products and services as business solutions that meet true customer needs.
- Change Management – support innovation and change across the organization.
- Leadership – influence without direct authority and balance competing priorities.
