AboutThe Team
The Professional Services team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group based in Saudi Arabia. This team is dedicated to driving customer satisfaction and delivering tailored service solutions to large enterprise clients across commercial and public sectors and various industries. The culture is characterized by high engagement, interdependence, and a strong emphasis on collaboration, which is essential for achieving team success.
With an aim to enhance the overall customer experience, the team works closely together, leveraging shared experiences and best practices.
You will report to the Senior Services Sales Director who fosters a supportive and empowering leadership style, encouraging team members to take initiative and collaborate effectively. The role requires you to be based in Saudi. The travel requirements for this role include regular travel within the region with occasional international travel.
Your Role- Operate as a strategic advisor to customers, moving beyond technical delivery to shape business outcomes, drive adoption roadmaps, and influence transformation initiatives that tie investment to measurable results.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and service delivery improvements.
- Manage and lead the sales process for technical service offerings focusing on customer needs and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with numerous stakeholders to enhance understanding and improve joint customer engagement.
- Develop new services offerings specific to the Middle East market to help align with market requirements.
- Provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and support to technical sales engineers and account managers to foster teamwork and enhance service value perception.
- Work closely with Delivery Teams and Enterprise Architect to validate service offer contents, level of effort, and potential industrialization of service offers.
- Regularly assess and improve team collaboration, addressing business challenges related to service complexity and value demonstration.
- Strong expertise in service offerings and solutions.
- 8‑10 years of experience in sales or technical consulting roles.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proven experience in pre‑sales and sales of sizable service engagements, as well as in contract and statement of work development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large transformational engagements using disruptive technologies.
- Ability to assess customer technical environments and build proposals.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and delivery teams.
- Experience in customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction.
- Drive the success of Professional Services by managing and forecasting bookings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
