Position: Field Force Manager (Injectable Aesthetics at Galderma

Responsibilities
  • Lead, direct and motivate a team of Medical Representatives in the Riyadh, Qassim or Dammam region to achieve Aesthetic qualitative objectives.
  • Develop and execute territory plans and strategies to expand the HCP base and support the implementation of professional marketing programs.
  • Supervise the sales team’s achievement of KPIs, objectives and marketing‑plan targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with local distributor teams.
  • Drive and develop key‑account strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate with related departments, analyze and interpret results, and undertake appropriate actions to maximize qualitative metrics.
  • Deliver the company strategy in Aesthetic/Dermatology clinics through active implementation of marketing programs.
  • Create and update effective territory structures.
  • Build long‑term strategic relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all country laws, company policies, procedures and business‑ethics codes.
  • Monitor market trends and developments of other aesthetic companies and develop relevant action plans to improve brand scientific positioning.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or an equivalent degree.
  • Fluent in English (especially business English) and Arabic language fluency is an added asset.
  • Experience in injectable aesthetics is an added advantage.
  • Pharmacy/Healthcare background with at least 3‑5 years of sales‑management experience.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Business planning and organizational skills.
Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other IT tools.
  • Active use of internal CRM systems to follow up and evaluate team activities.
  • Accurate reporting in all systems such as periodic reporting and HCP database.
