Role Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities for VRF solutions within assigned territory and market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, project identification, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closing.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients to position Carrier VRF solutions in upcoming projects.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with application engineering and technical teams to develop optimized solutions and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
- Support product promotion, marketing campaigns, and customer presentations to strengthen Carrier’s presence in the VRF market.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and sales governance procedures.
Purpose:
- Drive VRF business growth by developing strong customer relationships.
- Identify new project opportunities, and deliver competitive technical and commercial solutions.
- The role contributes to achieving the company’s sales targets, market expansion, and customer satisfaction objectives within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in VRF.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly VRF technology and applications.
- Proven experience in project sales and key account management within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of consultant specifications, tender processes, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
