Position OverviewSenior Enterprise Sales Specialist – Riyadh, KSA.
We are looking for a fluent Arabic‑speaking national to build and grow our enterprise clientele in KSA and eventually the broader GCC region, targeting large conglomerates with 400/500+ restaurants.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer and partner inquiries, providing tailored information and solutions.
- Engage and collaborate with business partners.
- Follow up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated.
- Handle all aspects of the sales cycle: qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate the company’s core values.
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule sales support functions with technical sales staff.
- Leverage relationships to open doors to new strategic business opportunities.
- Directly manage a growing team of senior individual contributors responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships across the region.
- Collaborate with sales team members to penetrate ABM‑targeted accounts with innovative and strategic approaches based on territory.
- Research and identify new accounts, contacts, and opportunities within the segment.
- Utilize Hub Spot and Linked In to ensure activities are planned and documented properly.
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) – essential for penetrating the KSA and GCC markets.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or restaurant technology.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to manage complex negotiations.
- Experience managing a sales team and driving results in a target‑based environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
