- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage dealer relationships and provide sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in AC dealer/distribution sales.
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Good knowledge of residential and light commercial air conditioners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
