Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities
- Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team and key accounts
- Identify and secure new government business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services
- Represent the hotel in official meetings and government events
- Enhance the hotel’s community image and market presence
- Saudi national with experience in sales or government relations (hospitality preferred)
- A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and able to demonstrate excellent standards and sales productivity
- Commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge
- Driven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques
- Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to enhance the hotel's community image
- Strong organizational and relationship‑building skills
