Job Responsibilities
Deliver performance brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. to meet or exceed those objectives.
Create pre‑call plans using SMART objectives and execute post‑call evaluations to continuously improve performance.
Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, consistently gaining logical and reasonable calls to action to close each call.
Proactively and continuously serve customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted relationships and achieve win‑win agreements between Abb Vie and customers.
Develop and execute a call plan that meets set call metrics, optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers, and maximizes access and opportunities.
Continuously build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments, account details, disease, product, clinical expertise, and share market intelligence with in‑field teams, brand teams, and managers for alignment and anticipation of environmental changes.
Differentiate Abb Vie’s value proposition with health providers, assign and identify disease‑state experts and speakers, and maintain relationships to maximize brand performance.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Studies.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) certification.
1–3 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.
Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease‑area requirements.
Strong sense of ethics and integrity, curiosity, and a desire to learn and improve.
Saudi national.
