Sales Representative, Diabetes

• Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.
• Fully understand the product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives, targets, and initiatives.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions as required, which may include some out‑of‑hours working from time to time.
• Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market.
• Educate patients to onboard them on Pumps or help troubleshoot issues.
• Follow up on orders with Customer Service and Logistics.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven record of demonstrating growth and new business gain.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Natural ability to spot a business opportunity and persuade and influence others.

• Full current Saudi driving licence.
• Based in Riyadh.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in Diabetes or background education or work experience related to Diabetes, Nutrition, or medical devices in a hospital setting.
• Physical ability to perform duties required for the role.
