The RoleWe are looking for a high-impact Account Manager based in Riyadh to drive growth across the Saudi market in close partnership with our Platinum regional partner
. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in enterprise environments and understands how to sell complex, high-value solutions.
You will own strategic accounts, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and represent Support Finity’s full suite of AI-powered software solutions in the region.
What You’ll Do- Promote and sell Support Finity’s complete AI-powered software solutions to enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia
- Manage and grow key accounts in partnership with our Platinum regional partner
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from discovery to closing and expansion
- Build strong relationships with C-level, HR, Talent, and Technology leaders
- Understand customer needs and position Support Finity as a long-term strategic partner
- Maintain a strong local market presence and actively grow the Support Finity brand in the region
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker
, with strong professional English - Based in Riyadh, with deep knowledge of the Saudi market
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and long sales cycles
- Confident presence, high energy, and exceptional communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and execution-focused
- Active, engaging personality with the ability to build trust quickly
- Experience selling in or to the Saudi market is a must
