The Role:Global Scale, Enterprise Impact
We are looking for an elite Enterprise Sales Manager in Riyadh to bring our global payment infrastructure to Saudi Arabia’s largest enterprises. In this role you will drive complex, high‑stakes contracts and be rewarded with an uncapped recurring commission structure.
- Architect Global Growth:
Identify, target, and conquer top‑tier enterprise accounts, building a robust, high‑value pipeline across key industries in the Saudi market. - Close High‑Stakes Deals:
Drive adoption of our cross‑border payment solutions to major regional and global players through strategic executive networking, industry events, and direct outreach. - Own the Enterprise Cycle:
Orchestrate complex, multi‑layered sales cycles and serve as the trusted strategic advisor for prospective clients. - Command the Room:
Deliver data‑driven pitches and tailored proposals that demonstrate how ’s global capabilities solve local and international payment challenges. - Collaborate Globally:
Partner with cross‑functional teams in Technology, Product, and Business to align our architecture with Saudi enterprises’ needs. - Drive Market Intelligence:
Provide critical business insights, competitive intelligence, and local market trends to shape future product and marketing strategies.
- Enterprise Expertise: 6+ years of elite B2B sales experience managing complex, high‑value deal cycles. Experience in Payments or Fin Tech is a massive advantage.
- Executive Network: A formidable, active network of C‑level executives, enterprise prospects, and strategic partners across Saudi Arabia.
- Global Business Acumen:
Deep understanding of the global e‑commerce landscape, cross‑border finance, and enterprise decision‑making drivers. - Technical Fluency:
Ability to articulate complex technology and payment architectures to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Sales Execution:
Exceptional executive‑level communication, negotiation techniques, and mastery of Salesforce and modern sales methodologies. - Unmatched Drive:
Highly organized, entrepreneurial mindset capable of prioritizing shifting workloads and consistently exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Hybrid working model:
Three days per week in office to support collaboration and connection. - Uncapped recurring commission structure with high earning potential.
