Job Overview
To execute commercial plans, grow the customer and portfolio base, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales value and volume targets.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Set plans to achieve sales targets (value and volume) by principal and marketing group, based on channel share of overall sales targets through regular visits to assigned outlets.
- Achieve the monthly collection target with no outstanding amounts beyond agreed periods, contributing to the targeted cash flow percentage in line with company collection policies.
- Strictly adhere to the journey plans and weekly customer order cycle to meet outlet targets and On-Shelf Availability (OSA) measurements.
- Prepare a coverage plan for customers and achieve distribution targets by customer, including visit frequency and clearly defined objectives to manage and measure effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising Supervisor and Store Manager on the merchandisers' coverage plan and priorities to ensure high productivity and seamless coordination between visits from Merchandisers and Sales Representatives.
- Implement 100% of signed contracts with customers regarding physical spaces (Share of Shelf) and display areas to maximize investment with customers and achieve KPIs.
- Participate in contract preparation by providing feedback on what worked and proposing ideas to improve value versus previous periods, enhancing market execution.
- Develop business with customers by introducing new and existing products to improve On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account outlets through regular visits, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and audit customer stock levels to ensure proper replenishment at account outlets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure deliveries reach the account outlet within 3 days of invoicing.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, customer management, and portfolio development.
