Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This internship provides hands‑on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, lead generation, and sales operations while working with experienced sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify prospective customers across target industries
- Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, Linked In, and other outreach channels
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements and nurture leads
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Fresh up to 2 years of experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
- Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging prospects
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and business development processes
