Role Overview
Join Medtronic’s Diabetes team as a Sales and Education professional in Riyadh. You will sell the full range of Diabetes products, manage the territory from both clinical and sales aspects within the central region, and support Medtronic’s mission to improve patient care in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.
- Fully understand the product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions as required, including occasional out‑of‑hours work.
- Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market.
- Educate patients to onboard them on our Pumps or help troubleshoot issues.
- Follow up on orders with Customer Service & Logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated growth and new business development.
- Proven record of strong cross‑function collaboration.
- Ability to spot a business opportunity and persuade and influence others.
- Full current Saudi driving licence.
- Based in Riyadh.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in Diabetes or related background in Diabetes, Nutrition, or advanced medical devices in a hospital setting.
