We are looking for a highly motivated Laboratory & Molecular Sales Specialist with a strong scientific background and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of molecular diagnostics, laboratory instruments, life science products, and diagnostic solutions to hospitals, clinical laboratories, research institutions, and universities. This role combines scientific expertise with commercial excellence, requiring the ability to understand customer needs, provide technical consultation, and build long‑term business relationships while achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers, pathologists, clinicians, researchers, procurement teams, and other key decision‑makers.
- Promote and sell molecular diagnostics, laboratory equipment, reagents, rapid diagnostic tests, and life science solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and scientific discussions.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market growth and customer acquisition.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update all customer activities using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, sales forecasts, opportunity reports, and market intelligence.
- Provide technical guidance on laboratory workflows and molecular applications.
- Support customers in selecting appropriate products and solutions based on their laboratory requirements.
- Coordinate with application specialists, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed about new technologies, product updates, and industry developments.

- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Laboratory Sales
- Medical Device Sales

- Clinical or Research Laboratory Experience with a strong interest in sales
Fresh graduates with excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
