We are currently searching for a dedicated, ambitious and self‑driven Solution Sales Specialist – ITSM to join our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients. This is a sales position that requires high commitment, an ability to build long‑term relationships, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long‑term relationships.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Lead demand‑generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales or related position.
  • Sales experience in IT Service Management, ISO Consultation Services, and related domains.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM software and account‑management systems.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem‑solving attitude.
  • Customer‑centric approach and good listening skills.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high‑paced, fast‑changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
  • Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
