Promoting and selling company's products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly and constantly. The Product Specialist tasks also involve performing certain after sales support functions such as conducting in-service training, following up on collections and maintaining good relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities- Perform consultative sales with prospecting clients to identify or create demand for Imdad products, and continuously update all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Schedule appointments and meet existing and new customers to promote Imdad's products and uncover additional opportunities.
- Generate and develop new client business accounts.
- Demonstrate or present company products or services at customer sites, applying effective negotiation and sales-closure techniques.
- Provide accurate information about prospects and clients, including ownership, key physicians, relevant equipment, and status, and update the customer database with contact details, email, and phone numbers.
- Submit weekly reports to sales and marketing in a timely manner.
- Assist in following up on accounts receivable for sales accounts.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers, doctors, and customer personnel, continually enhancing those relations.
- Use company sales aids and marketing data effectively to secure deals.
- Attend conferences and workshops.
- Conduct professional in-service training for customer end users on system applications.
- Maintain market awareness of competitors’ activities, events, and pricing changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, or any other scientific related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales. Experience in dermatology line is a plus.
- Valid KSA driving licence and own car.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (required).
- Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-player mindset with ability to perform well under pressure.
