Join us as a Sales Manager driving transformative learning across the Middle East and North Africa(MENA) Region . Based ideally in the MENA region, you’ll lead strategic sales initiatives, forge impactful partnerships with schools and ministries, and deliver tailored educational solutions that align with national goals. With a sharp eye on market trends and a passion for innovation, you’ll empower institutions through seamless platform integration, dynamic training, and targeted digital campaigns—making a lasting mark on the region’s educational future.
Role& Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to promote educational products in the MENA region.
- Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets with schools, educational districts, and distributors.
- Develop relationship with key decision-makers, including school administrators, district heads, and educational organizations.
- Engage with local educational ministries to align products with national educational goals and reforms.
- Foster long-term partnerships with schools and educational institutions through regular communication and personalized outreach.
- Conduct detailed market research to assess the educational landscape and identify emerging trends in the region.
- Track competitor offerings, identifying gaps that your products can address, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with schools to evaluate their specific educational needs and offer customized product solutions.
- Develop and propose tailored packages combining various educational tools, training, and services to address the unique requirements of each institution.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of educational platforms with local school systems.
- Provide ongoing training and support for schools and distributors on digital platforms, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the product effectively.
- Offer product demonstrations, webinars, and hands‑on training to schools and distributors to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors across the region, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to promote and sell products effectively.
- Set clear performance goals for distributors and track their progress to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create region‑specific campaigns that highlight the value of the educational products.
- Leverage digital channels to raise brand awareness and engage potential customers through targeted marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education technology or educational product sector.
- Proven track record in sales strategy development, relationship management, and meeting sales targets in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape in MENA Region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. - Candidates based in MENA region are preferred due to regional proximity and strategic access to target markets.
