• Sell the full range of Diabetes products.
• Manage the territory from both a clinical and sales perspective in the Central region.
• Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of the Medtronic Diabetes portfolio.
• Fully understand product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives.
• Attend meetings, workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out‑of‑hours working from time to time.
• Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market.
• Educate patients, onboard them on our pumps, and help troubleshoot issues.
• Follow up on orders with customer service & logistics.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven record of strong cross‑function collaboration.
• Ability to demonstrate growth and new business gained.
• Natural ability to spot a business opportunity and persuade and influence others.
• Full current Saudi driving licence.
• Based in Riyadh.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in diabetes or related background in education, nutrition, or use of advanced medical devices.
• Experience and/or work experience in diabetes or nutrition or any medical related in the hospital using advanced medical devices.
