Bring your energy to Aggreko as BDM Utilities and Mining based in Riyadh. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy for these sectors across Saudi Arabia.
You will cultivate existing relationships in order to grow our account spends whilst identifying new business opportunities and relationships to grow Aggreko s presence within these sectors. What you ll do as BDM Utilities and Mining includes:
- Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of field sales teams.
- Build deep relationships with C‑level executives in target accounts and become a trusted advisor understanding client business challenges.
- Identify multiple opportunities within strategic accounts and grow share of business within existing key accounts.
- Navigate complex stakeholder organizations.
- Work in collaboration with Global Sector Specialists, Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and implement territory sector‑specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow.
- Foster effective collaboration across marketing, operations and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory sector.
You are:
- Experienced in building relationships with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.
- Successful at growing business and share of wallet within existing strategic accounts.
- Background in account management, consulting, or client‑focused solution development.
- History of navigating complex stakeholder organizations.
- Previous experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder management.
- Strong CRM management skills and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- Experience working effectively with marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation.
