Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients within the logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho).
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).
