The B2B Field Sales Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Jeddah, responsible for driving sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with business customers. In this role, the representative will visit key accounts and prospective clients, present product portfolios, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on opportunities to secure new contracts. The position involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and reporting on sales activities to support strategic decisions.
The representative will coordinate closely with internal teams on pricing, product availability, and after‑sales support to ensure high‑quality service. The role also includes preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and representing the company at meetings, trade events, and brand‑related activities.
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing B2B clients in Jeddah.
- Promote and sell the company’s products to business clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop new sales channels and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals according to sales targets.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular reports on visits, leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Proven B2B field sales experience, preferably within premium, luxury, FMCG, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple decision‑making levels.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi market and retail or distribution channels.
- Comfort with using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis to track pipelines and prepare sales reports.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time and territories effectively, and adapt to a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in Jeddah.
- Existing client base or strong business relationships in Jeddah.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within.
