About the Role

We're looking for an SDR who knows how to start conversations that matter in the GCC market. You'll own the top of our sales funnel — identifying the right accounts, engaging decision-makers in both Arabic and English, and setting the stage for revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify high-fit accounts across KSA and the wider GCC using Linked In, intent data, and outbound tools
  • Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (cold calls, email, Linked In, Whats App) with personalized, market-appropriate messaging
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria before handing off to Account Executives
  • Conduct discovery conversations to surface pain points and assess buying potential
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and contact records in the CRM
  • Test and iterate outreach copy, call scripts, and sequencing to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on targeting, messaging, and campaign follow-up
Requirements
  • 1–2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Hands‑on experience with SaaS products and B2B sales cycles
  • Proven cold-calling track record with measurable outcomes (meetings booked, conversion rates)
  • Solid understanding of funnel stages and lead qualification frameworks
  • Fluent Arabic and English comfortable prospecting and running discovery in both
  • Prior experience selling into the KSA/GCC market
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Hub Spot, or Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lusha
  • Exposure to multi-step sequence building and A/B testing messaging
