Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve monthly sales and market share targets
• Train healthcare professionals on product usage
• Maintain CRM accuracy and activity reporting
• Support successful product launches and promotions
• Meet compliance requirements for all interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years medical sales/product specialist experience
• Experience selling to hospitals/clinics in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree in any medical related field
• Strong understanding of medical products and field selling
• Valid Saudi work authorization (if required)
• Medical product knowledge and clinical messaging
• Sales techniques and territory planning
• CRM tools and sales reporting
• Product training and demo preparation
• Relationship building with HCPs
• Customer-focused communication
• Self-driven problem solving
