As a member of the Freight Forwarding team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. By transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you contribute to making small and big moments possible for people around the world.

• Generate new business opportunities with a focus on SME customers.
• Make pricing decisions in alignment with Customer Care Managers.
• Prepare quotations using online tools and submit proposals to customers.
• Demonstrate superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge.
• Deliver presentations about main Sea Logistics products.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
• Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Team when onboarding new customers and provide comprehensive content for the Customer Promise/CCL handover form.
• Use CoreLOG to maintain and update customer information and perform related CRM tasks.
• Regularly review customers’ portfolio with CCL managers and Customer Care Team.
• Close customer deals.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five years of extensive track record as a field sales representative in the forwarding or logistics sector.
• A reliable, trustworthy and serious demeanour.
• Excellent negotiating and closure skills; ability to work independently and in a highly organised way.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and native Turkish.
• Very good computer skills, particularly MS Office.
• A valid driving licence and ability to travel.
