Purpose
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the optical medical channel in your territory. Building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships across all assigned channels in your territory. Leading all aspects of customer account management, including negotiating annual contracts and following up on customer performance quarterly and annually. Ensuring timely communication of Johnson & Johnson quarterly plan of actions with customers in the assigned territory.
Informing customers about new products or promotions that are relevant to their needs or preferences. Addressing customer inquiries about delivery or product quality.
- Planning calls to clients daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, considering potential development tasks in
- Entering visit data in or in reporting formats.
- Participating in the creation of business plans for the entrusted territory.
- Attending training and educational courses as directed by the sales manager.
- Maintaining and developing necessary knowledge and abilities levels.
- Collaborating with the Account Manager to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall effectiveness.
- Managing resource availability to achieve objectives.

- Regularly updating the POA cycle plan and segmentation as aligned with the line manager.
- Providing other types of reporting and current operational information as instructed.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers and the sales team.
- Coordinating internal and external customer communication.
- Meeting defined department goals and objectives.
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
- University degree – preferably in Optometry or Pharmaceutical Science.
- Previous account management experience of up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the optical industry.
- Languages:
English & Arabic.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently, yet seeks guidance when needed.
- Persuasive, highly motivated to make sales, patient, and persistent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
