About the Role

A leading automotive group in KSA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive passenger car sales performance across the Kingdom. The role focuses on achieving volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share and profitability in KSA.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets (units, revenue, and margins).
  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a professional customer journey and adherence to brand standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, corporate/fleet clients, and key local stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends, and recommend actions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the full sales process, from lead generation and test drives to deal structuring, closing, and vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and aftersales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts, and present regular performance updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in automotive sales, including at least 3–5 years in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role in KSA.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi automotive market, customer behaviour, and dealer network operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop multicultural teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, data‑driven decision‑making, and familiarity with CRM and dealer management systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must; good command of English is also required.
