We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager in Riyadh.
Ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with partners, managing a portfolio of restaurants and stores, and ensuring sales performance. They will focus on menu quality, pricing strategies, promotional deals, and operational support. They will also help partners adopt digital solutions for operational efficiency.
Job Description- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and store partners by understanding their business needs and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Ensure menu quality, price parity, vendor-funded deals, and drive affordability initiatives across the assigned portfolio.
- Build and strengthen commercial partnerships by renewing agreements, renegotiating commercial terms, establishing preferred partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end performance of the assigned portfolio, including sales performance, operational excellence, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with partners to review business performance, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide proactive performance reports and actionable insights to partners, supporting data‑driven business decisions.
- Promote and sell advertising solutions and value‑added services that help partners increase visibility, sales, and overall business growth.
- Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio targets while driving continuous business growth.
- Upsell additional services such as logistics solutions, premium business tools, and loyalty programs to maximize partner value and profitability.
- Drive the adoption of digital solutions by encouraging partners to utilize the vendor portal, self‑service features, and self‑booking capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, or dealing with clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
