As a Key Account Manager, you'll spend your time developing and growing strategic Ho Re Ca  customers across Saudi Arabia. You'll partner with international and local QSR chains, restaurant groups, hotels, cafés, bakeries, and food service operators, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and expanding the business within existing accounts while driving sustainable growth.

How will you make an impact?
  • Drive new business development by acquiring strategic Ho Re Ca  customers across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and grow long-term partnerships with international and local restaurant groups, hotels, café chains, bakeries, QSRs, and food service operators.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to deliver sustainable sales and profitable growth.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotional plans, and trading terms with key customers.
  • Increase product penetration and unlock new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Deliver against sales, gross profit, customer retention, and collection targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer execution and service excellence.
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support business growth.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry, including 3–5 years in a Key Account Management or similar commercial role.
  • Proven experience managing strategic Ho Re Ca  accounts across Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong track record of developing new business and growing key customer relationships.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and annual business plans with key accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of sales, profitability, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
