Role:
Account Manager Business Development & Sales Growth (Microsoft Technology Focused)
Salary: 18 K SAR
About RoleWe’re on the lookout for a Sales Account Manager to spearhead business growth in Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for a go-getter who excels in building strong client relationships, driving sales, and expanding market presence. Education & Skill- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the KSA market.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, security solutions, and enterprise technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Drive strategic business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, with a focus on Microsoft technology services and solutions.
- Identify high-impact opportunities in the Saudi market and cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
- Lead sales cycles end-to-end — from opportunity qualification and solution alignment to contract negotiations and closure — ensuring alignment with client objectives and business value delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Strengthen relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients by proactively delivering value through Delphi’s offerings in Data, AI, Cloud and Microsoft platforms.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to co-create compelling solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in Microsoft ecosystem to inform business development strategy.
- Support internal leadership with account insights and performance reporting to drive growth and decision-making in the KSA region.
