Key Responsibilities

• Content Management
  • Identify and source high-quality children's content aligned with NABTT's strategy.
  • Build relationships with animation studios, content creators, publishers, educational organizations, and distributors.
  • Evaluate content based on educational value, entertainment quality, audience fit, cultural relevance, and commercial potential.
  • Coordinate content submission, review, approval, onboarding, and publishing processes.
  • Maintain and organize the content acquisition pipeline.
• Partnerships & Business Development
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with content owners, educational institutions, ministries, NGOs, publishers, and family-focused brands.
  • Prepare partnership proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, licensing agreements, and content distribution deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with key regional and international partners.
  • Represent NABTT at conferences, content markets, and industry events.
  • Communicate with potential partners, production and media houses for content, products, and services.
  • Prepare awareness presentations and conduct awareness sessions for partners and content creators.
