Sales & Business Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial vehicles. Build strong relationships with fleet customers, corporate accounts, and key decision-makers to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Customer Relationship Management – Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and customer consultations to vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals. Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
Fleet & Product Consultation – Understand customers' operational requirements and recommend the most suitable commercial vehicle solutions. Provide accurate product information, financing options, and after-sales support.
Sales Planning & Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities. Develop and execute sales plans to maximize business growth.
Documentation & Process Coordination – Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and all required documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery, registration, and customer handover.
Reporting & Performance Tracking – Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and monitor individual performance against sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Who you are?- Saudi – Essential for this role in alignment with Al Ghurair Mobility KSA's localization strategy.
- Experienced in commercial vehicle sales – 2–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, fleet sales, or B2B automotive sales. Dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills – You can identify customer needs, build long-term relationships, negotiate effectively, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused and commercially driven – You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Fluent in Arabic and English – You can communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders in both languages.
- Results-oriented and proactive – You thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, manage multiple opportunities effectively, and are motivated by achieving and exceeding performance targets.
