As business development manager at dopamine Creative Agency
, you will be a key player in driving the agency's growth by leading our commercial engine across the Saudi market. Your mission is to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across all sectors. We serve government entities, Vision 2030 programs, semi-government organizations, defense and industrial groups, and private brands across every industry. You will own the pipeline from first outreach to signed contract, build strong long‑term client relationships, and ensure every engagement delivers both client satisfaction and business profitability.
You will be dopamine's dedicated business development hire, reporting directly to the managing director and working alongside the shareholder group to build the commercial function from the ground up. Our internal creative team and project management handle delivery, so you focus entirely on hunting, closing, and account development. This is a role for a commercial operator who wants full ownership from day one, real influence on the agency's growth trajectory, and the freedom to shape how dopamine wins in the market.
